Frequently Asked Questions
-
We make damn good wedding documentaries. Focusing on human connection and telling a story that is unique to you.
-
We bring filmmaking, and story structure learned from making projects for BBC, Discovery, NYT, Smithsonian, and more; to the wedding space. We discover who you are, we talk to the people closest to you through on camera interviews, and put together an actual story.
-
Honestly, we decided to do this, Towering Pines Productions, because we like making films about human connection. It’s deeply rewarding to film and tell someones story at a moment of life so full of hope, love, and joy. A kind reminder that out of everything and anything that can happen in the world, we as humans can celebrate the love between two people choosing to spend their lives together.

Collaborative, honest, straightforward and laid back. We're not here to get in your way. We want to tell your story, and let you live your day. Not be told how and when to do everything and fake a smile, a laugh, or a tear.

We do it! FAA and EU certified drone owner and operator. Audio is unobtrusive, and situational. But we also have a backup plan and work with DJs, or bring mics to make sure you are heard. If there’s any special requests, just let us know and we can accommodate.
If you got here, ask Pat about landing a $30k drone on a moving ship in 10ft swells off of Tahiti. -
