Towering Pines Productions (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a DBA of MalleyWolff Media LLC, registered at 7533 Center View Ct #210, West Jordan, UT 84084. This policy describes how we collect, use, and handle your information and media.

We collect personal information necessary to provide our services, including names, contact details, and event logistics.

  • Cookies and Analytics: Our website is hosted by Squarespace. We use Google Tags and cookies to track user behavior and site performance. You may adjust your tracking preferences via the cookie banner on our website. Your browser settings may also allow you to refuse cookies, though this may affect site functionality.

2. Media Usage and "Privacy Fee" Policy

As a creative production company, our portfolio is built on the work we produce.

  • Standard Usage: By default, Towering Pines Productions retains the right to use edited materials and raw footage for marketing, social media, portfolio display, and promotional purposes.

  • Opt-Out Requests: If a client ("User" or "Couple") requests that their media remain private and excluded from our public portfolio or social media, a Privacy Fee will be required. The amount of this fee is at the sole discretion of Towering Pines Productions and must be paid to formalize the opt-out agreement.

3. Data and Media Retention

We aim to provide long-term value to our clients, but we do not offer permanent storage guarantees.

  • Archiving: We currently keep an archive of footage for as long as the business remains active. However, we are not liable for the loss of footage due to hardware failure, data corruption, or business dissolution.

  • Client Responsibility: We strongly encourage couples to purchase their raw footage for their own permanent storage. The fee for raw footage delivery is determined by Towering Pines Productions.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We utilize various third-party applications to manage client communications, contracts, and project workflows. These service providers may have access to your personal information (such as your email or event details) only to perform tasks on our behalf. These tools may change at any time at our discretion to improve our service delivery.
